Mr. Dennis Eugene Anderson, age 53, of Brushy Mountain Road, Wilkesboro died Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 AM, January 21, 2005 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with the Rev. Robert Duncan and the Rev. Kenneth Wiles officiating. Burial will be in Edgewood Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was born July 23, 1951 in Wilkes County to Olen Eugene and Bonnie Hayes Anderson. He worked for Tyson Foods.
He is survived by: one daughter, Candace Hope Anderson of Statesville; three sons, Dennis Bryan Anderson, Jason Rory Anderson both of Jefferson, Christopher Joel Anderson of Statesville; his mother, Bonnie Hayes Shumate of North Wilkesboro
five sisters, Janet Woodie of Wilkesboro, Loretta Haney, Robin Reid both of Millers Creek, Tina Hindley of Moravian Falls, Lisa Anderson of North Wilkesboro
one half brother, Mark Shumate of North Wilkesboro and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home from 10 until 11 prior to the service.
