I did not have an opportunity to meet my cousin, Mr. Gregory. He left a remarkable legacy - a man of substance.

Mr. Gregory was the principal of North Wilkes High School during my four years there. He was always fair and just what the students needed. He'll be missed very much.

Paul Gregory hired me to teach before I was even finished with my college work. I came to North Wilkes High and quickly realized what an educational leader that he was. He was a joy to work with and for. He contributed so much to Wilkes County in various ways. May God comfort the family in knowing that he is reunited with Ruth and others.

The world is emptier today because of Uncle Paul's absence, but heaven is a little sweeter. Grandma Johnson is glad to see her baby brother today. We love and miss you both.

To the Gregory family: You have our deepest sympathy. Mr Gregory came to Mt View High my senior year, and there is no doubt he was one of the best teachers I had during my school years. May the Lord be with you in your time of sorrow.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
